Action Programme on eServices and eDemocracy

The Ministry of Finance’s Action Programme on eServices and eDemocracy (SADe) develops comprehensive services for citizens, companies and the authorities. These customer-focused and interoperable services enhance quality and cost-efficiency in the public sector.

The SADe programme is among the Government’s key projects. It is linked to major development measures in state and municipal administration, such as the effectiveness and productivity programme, the municipal productivity programme, customer strategy project and the public-sector customer service development project. The programme runs until the end of 2015.

The SADe programme comprises eight projects, which were chosen based on significance and cost-efficiency as well as cross-sector collaboration, customer focus, quality and innovativeness. Special attention was paid to the productivity of municipalities.
