How the youth employment could be enhanced?

Summary

The Ministry of Finance has carried out a project concerning labour markets of the young in Finland.

The final report analyses the youth employment situation and assesses current and new labour market and education policy measures, intended to support youth employment. The report examines available research on the effectiveness of these policy measures. The analysis is mainly based on national research, but it also highlights the analysis of best practices from abroad.
