The Ministry of Finance established two working groups for the further preparation of the Citizen Advice Service: a
Organisation and Personnel Working Group, on 13 October 2011; and a Cluster Group under the eServices and eDemocracy
Acceleration Programme (SADe programme), on 16 August 2011.
The task of the working groups was to specify by 29 February 2012 the organisation, operating model and content of the
public administration Citizen Advice Service, based on the 7 December 2010 final report of the working group of the
Citizen Advice Service project, such that the service would be accessible in early 2013.
