The Working group made a proposal for reforming the legislation of Hansel Ltd.

Working group has made a proposal for the legislation on central procurement unit Hansel Ltd. The proposed law reforms the effective provisions of the state central procurement units? line of branch and duties. Proposed law includes also the provisions of the customer groups of Hansel Ltd. Proposed law aims to update the provisions of the status of the company and clarify its position regarding with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act which came into force in the June 1st 2007. Proposed law is intended to come into force as soon as possible.
